Target audience
Intended for professionals in the various areas of law and political sciences. Students in their final years of law, notary and political sciences courses are also eligible.

Schedule
6 (six) weeks – From Tuesday, October 5 to Thursday, November 11, 2021.

Classes
Synchronous classes: Tuesdays 7.00 PM – SEO Platform Activities will be available on Thursdays at 8.00 PM.

Class load
18 (eighteen) synchronous hours + 12 (twelve) hours of work in SEO platform. Total: 30 (thirty) hours.

Purposes
– The main purpose of the course is to introduce attendees to the basic concepts of Anglophone legal systems and compare them with ours (Continental).
– Students will also be exposed to the typical structures and specific vocabulary of legal English for professional use.

Required level
A level of B1 in English is required to attend the course. Classes will be taught in English, and attendees; participation, discussion and progressive analysis on the topics covered are expected in order to achieve dynamic encounters.

Destinado a profesionales en las diversas áreas del derecho y las ciencias políticas. También pueden acceder estudiantes de los últimos cursos de las carreras de abogacía, notariado y ciencias políticas.

Clases
Clases sincrónicas: Martes 7.00 PM – Plataforma SEO Las actividades estarán disponibles los jueves a las 8.00 PM.

Carga horaria
18 (dieciocho) horas sincrónicas + 12 (doce) horas de trabajo en plataforma SEO. Total: 30 (treinta) horas.

Propósitos
– EL curso tiene como propósito principal introducir a los asistentes a los conceptos básico sobre los sistemas legales anglófonos y compararlos con el nuestro (Continental).
– Asimismo, los estudiantes serán expuestos a las estructuras típicas y vocabulario específico del inglés jurídico para uso profesional.

Nivel requerido
Se requiere un nivel de B1 en lengua inglesa para asistir al curso. Las clases serán impartidas en lengua extranjera inglés, y se espera la participación de los asistentes, el debate y análisis progresivo sobre los temas tratados con el fin de lograr encuentros dinámicos.
